You may use the game free of charge for personal entertainment, classroom demonstrations, learning, software-development education, and noncommercial research. The developer does not charge for the game and has not included advertising, in-app purchases, sponsorships, or donation links.
03Prohibited uses
- You may not sell, rent, or distribute the game for a fee, or use it for advertising, sponsorship, paid promotion, or any other profit-oriented activity.
- You may not suggest that the game was created, authorized, approved, or operated by Pocketpair, or present it as an official product.
- You may not use the game in a way that infringes any person's or third party's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights.
- You may not use the game for unlawful conduct, attacks, defamation, political or religious promotion, or content contrary to public order and morals.
04Derivative work and rights
This project is an unofficial fan work created with the intention of following Pocketpair's Guidelines for Derivative Works. Those guidelines do not authorize, guarantee, or officially approve any specific work, and the relevant rights remain with Pocketpair and the respective right holders.
05Availability and disclaimer
The game is provided free of charge “as is,” without a promise of uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for keeping any local save data. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the game.
06Changes, discontinuation, and contact
The developer may change content, update these terms, or discontinue the game to comply with law, platform rules, or a right holder's request. If you believe project content affects your legal rights, please provide details through GitHub Issues.
